Welcome new fellows and Spring Pic Nic at the Knapp House!, August 10

Hello all Knapp House friends! After a nice summer we are starting the new academic year. There are several changes in the house, including a new oven and kitchen floor!. Some folks have graduated and moved out from the house to great destinies. Rob is starting a post doctoral in Switzerland, while Mohamed moved to California to start his professor position. Jill has moved out also looking forward for a soon defense. We wish the best to them. We will miss the friends gone. The positive side is that we have five new fellows in the house! Lisa Sikorski, Katie Patridge, Talline Martins, Ruth De Llobet and Allen Bateman have just moved in. We welcomed them last august 10Th in our traditional spring picnic, where also an exciting bedroom lottery took place. Here we share some pictures of that event, for you to meet the new fellows and other house friends. We are all looking forward to a new year full of activities and excitement, so please stay in touch for the upcoming events! Best wishes
